Local Special Districts
The League of Women voters is a grassroots, nonprofit, nonpartisan political organization: it never supports or opposes any candidate or political party at any level of government. Cemetary Districts
Cemetary districts are governed by elected or appointed commissioners who serve 6 year terms uncompensated except for per diem. Read about commissioner duties here.
City Government

County Government
Washington counties are organized under two forms of government: the commission form and the home rule charter form. Kittitas County is governed under the commission form.
