VOTER’S GUIDE IS LIVE!

The LWV is a nonprofit, non-partisan organization established in 1920. We never endorse or oppose candidates or political parties. The League of Women Voters envisions a democracy where every person has the desire, the right, the knowledge, and the confidence to participate.

The 2020 Election Voter’s Guide is now live. It contains links to ballot measures, pro/con positions, financial filings, and plain language versions. In addition, it contains links to candidate campaign sites, facebook pages, financial filings, candidate statements and much, much more.

Do some research, create candidate report cards, and make a voting plan so you are ready to go when your ballot arrives in the mail.

If you haven’t already done so, please register to vote. If you are already registered, please verify your information is correct and you are listed as an active voter so you can be assured your ballot will arrive on or around October 16th.

If voting didn’t matter, there would not be so many efforts to discourage it. Your vote strengthens our democracy. Challenge 5 of your circle of friends to register and be a voter in the 2020 election. Together, you can make a difference!
