In this fast-changing world, the League must also adapt and change. If we are to continue to meet the League’s Mission and Vision, we must bolster our ability to empower voters and defend democracy by engaging with all communities. We must look through a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion lens to understand the perspectives and voices of all communities and what, if any, barriers exist that are preventing the League from being equitable or inclusive of everyone.

  • How can we reach younger generations, vulnerable and underserved populations and turn them into Super VotersSuper Voters participate in every election in which they receive a ballot.
  • How can we reach these communities in engaging ways to show the importance of Citizenship, Voting, and Community?

Join us as we explore ways to address these questions.
